• Delays . It registers periods of time, in which the ladle furnace couldn't continue with its regular operation due to failures or setbacks. Besides, it registers the causes of the delay.
• Events. This tool consists on a registration of all the events that occur during the heat. This is a very useful application that helps analyzing the rest of the registered data.
• Chemical Analysis . These are received from a wide variety of analyzing spectrum equipment.
• Additions Calculation . Based on the most recent chemical analysis, the system calculates and recommends the required amounts of each of the registered additions. This helps the user to reach the specification of the desired grade, on an effective and economical way.
• Life Data . It registers the periods of time and numbers of heats that have been done in certain parts of the machine, such as delta and roof panels, with the purpose of reminding when they should be changed or repaired.
