• Production Schedule . On this schedule, the number of produced pieces is registered. Besides the cutting machines, are informed about the lengths in which these pieces should be cut.
• General Information . It consists on information such as: the actual heat that is being poured, the distributor temperatures, the estimated time to finish pouring the heat, and the crew assigned on each shift.
• Delays . It registers the periods of time in which the strands or the whole machine, are not operating. Besides, it registers the causes of the delay.
• Events It consists on the registration of the main events, occurring during the machine's operation.
• Quality. All of the events affecting the quality of the produced pieces are registered. Then, it's determined which pieces don't meet the quality standards.
• Chemical Analysis . These are received from a wide variety of analyzing spectrum equipment. It informs the user, each time one of these analyses are out of specification.
• Life Data . It registers the periods of time and numbers of heats that have been done in certain parts of the machine, such as tundish, ladle and molds, with the purpose of reminding when they should be changed or repaired.
